Szatmári penne are short, obliquely cut, tubular pasta made from wheat flour and fresh eggs (6 eggs/kg). The traditional recipe and slow drying give the product a firm, elastic texture and an intense taste, close to that of homemade pasta. They are ideal for thick sauces, ragu, baked dishes or warm salads. Due to their shape, they perfectly absorb sauces and offer a balanced culinary experience.
