Szatmári rhombuses are traditional rhombuses cut in a diamond shape, made from wheat flour and fresh eggs (6 eggs/kg). The specific shape and the classic Romanian recipe make them ideal for thick soups, broths or family meals. They are easy to cook, do not stick and offer a pleasant texture. The traditional recipe is faithfully preserved, and the slow drying contributes to the superior quality of this assortment.
