Szatmári Wide Noodles, also known as lăști or Romanian tagliatelle, are long, wide pasta made from high-quality wheat flour and fresh eggs, in a proportion of 6 eggs/kg. Traditionally cut and slowly dried, these noodles offer a firm texture and an authentic taste. They are ideal for homemade soups, dishes with cheese and eggs, puddings, or baked recipes. Their rich flavor and generous shape make them an excellent choice for family meals.
