Excellent Wide Noodles (also known as "laști") are traditional egg pasta, wide and thin, ideal for authentic Romanian dishes. Made from wheat flour and egg (2 eggs/kg), these noodles are suitable for thick soups, stewed cabbage with pasta or even homemade puddings. They boil easily, do not stick and have a soft but elastic texture.
